The technology group is committed to providing high-quality visual access control solutions, pursuing the ultimate in safety and convenience. In public places and important facilities, visual access control systems need to operate stably in complex environments. With a large daily flow of 500 – 1000 people, displays need to be stable without flickering or freezing; high-definition pictures are key to avoiding recognition errors and information misunderstandings; and electrostatic protection and anti-interference capabilities are important lines of defense for safeguarding information security.
After multiple evaluations, the technology group finally selected Dislplaysell’s 8-inch display with a resolution of 800 x 1280 IPS perspective and a brightness of up to 600 as the core display component.

Solution
In terms of electromagnetic protection, Dislplaysell’s wiring structure electromagnetic shielding technology is like a “shield”, which can significantly reduce the intensity of external electromagnetic interference by more than 90%, preventing flickering problems. At the same time, it is carefully designed from the overall architecture, optimizing circuits and selecting high-quality compatible materials. The anti-interference ability has been improved by 80% in simulated interference tests.
In picture display, the combination of IPS technology and 600 high brightness gives the screen a wide viewing angle and stable light, making information clearly visible under various lighting conditions. The high-resolution screen is like a fine brush, making images and text delicate, and the information recognition accuracy rate is 95% higher than that of traditional screens. The richer colors and contrast also make the picture vivid.
Industrial controller
A higher-SNR controller created more separation between valid signal and noise.
Staged tuning
Gain, threshold, filtering, and water-rejection settings were tuned while the pump, motor, and heater operated.
Assembly review
FPC routing, grounding, and nearby metal were checked before production parameters were locked.

Result
After three weeks of effort, the visual access control system was successfully launched. In a large office building with a daily flow of 800 people, the system performs excellently and remains stable in the face of a large flow of people, with no flickering or freezing on the screen. The clear picture enables the access control system to quickly and accurately identify personnel information and authorization status, reducing the average passage time from the traditional 5 – 7 seconds to less than 3 seconds, greatly improving office efficiency.
In terms of security, the display’s strong electrostatic protection capability (above 10KV, higher than the industry standard of 5KV) and anti-interference ability are like an indestructible “security fortress”, safeguarding data security.
The technology group has achieved a technological leap in the field of visual access control with this system and has been highly recognized by customers. Now, the system has been applied in 5 large office buildings and 3 financial institution offices, with remarkable results, and Dislplaysell displays have also become the industry benchmark in the field of visual access control, leading the industry development.
